Many issues can be resolved quickly. Please check:
- Your device is connected to the internet (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
- You have the latest version of the App installed.
- You are using the email address provided during event registration.
- Your device operating system meets minimum requirements (iOS 17 or later).
Account Deletion
To delete your account, email us from your registered email at corporate.ict@vodafone.com.fj. We'll process the request within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data is removed.
